Reena says all you need to produce something is money; with enough cash you can make anything

Why

Reena is half right: money matters, and a business starved of it fails. But cash by itself makes nothing; it only lets you gather the things that do. To actually produce, you need land or a place to work, workers with the right skills and effort, tools and machines and materials, and someone to organise it all and carry the risk. Remove any one and the money just sits there: a fully funded bakery with no baker, or no premises, or no flour, turns out zero loaves. Picture handing someone a crore of rupees and asking for a finished bridge by Friday. Test: name a small business you know and list each thing it needs to run, then cross one off on paper and see whether anything still gets made. Sanjay is right: production needs land, labour, capital and enterprise together, and money is only how you assemble them.
