Neha says we don't need everything written down; just pick honest leaders and trust them to be fair. Is trusting good people enough?
Who do you think is right? Pick one.
The answer: No, it must be written
Why
Credit that honest leaders matter — a good leader is a real blessing. The gap: leaders change. Today's honest one is replaced by tomorrow's, unchosen and maybe untrusted. If fairness depended only on who's in charge, rights would rise and fall with each leader. Writing it down means the rules don't change just because the person did. Like a promise on signed paper versus one said aloud — the written one holds when moods and memories change. The Constitution is that written promise, kept for everyone regardless of who holds power.
